Refused to let me deposit my rent check because of an incorrect account number. I have deposited this check into my landlords acct monthly for several months at this location. They simply have to look up his acct and write in thr correct acct number. Of course they cant give me his acct number for obvious reasons but they have the privilege of filling in the one missing digit. Well the manager told me that violates federal laws! Someone needs to properly train and educate this staff. If it really violates federal law(which it doesnt) they have violated federal law atleast 6 times. Avoid this location. There are several more Bank of America's nearby
Very rude... not helpful... I had to travel to Somerset to get better service. The manager Ron would not even sit down with me to talk about issues on my account. He brags about his 15 years of experience and how he knows more than anyone else. I wish he would at least sit down and try to help his customers. I regret opening my business account there. I have multiple accounts with this bank and been with them for years. I was treated unfairly and I was not given proper explanation as to way Ron could not meet with me. I guess he had more important things or customers to deal with. The bank of America in Somerset was able to make things better. I never write reviews but I am disgusted with the way I was treated. I even requested to speak to a branch manager a few times but they would not allow me to. Instead they softly kept redirecting me until they got me out the door.
The employees were rude n not willing to help, am surprised about their attitude, this is the only Bank of America out of NJ that I would NOT recommend while other Bank of America branches are much nicer n very helpful employees even same banking problem.
I needed a bank check and the other branch had an issue with their machine so i came here. I happened to mention why i was at this branch and the teller waived the fee because of the inconvenience. This is what customer service is all about. The extra push to keep your customers. I wasn't even looking for conpensation but they earned my loyalty.
