When I initially leased my vehicle I had a great experience with the sales department. They were honest, courteous, and accommodating. Free vehicle maintenance was included so ever since, we've been getting our oil change/tire rotations done for free. On the last few visits however, my wife brought the car in and, as per protocol, the service department notices a woman coming in and sees dollar signs. They keep "recommending" repairs on an essentially brand new vehicle, ranging from $300 to $500 dollars. After the first expensive quote by Acme, I saw my own mechanic and the necessary maintenance that I was quoted $350 for, cost me $150 at my mechanic. This time, Acme told my wife that the car, a 2016, needed $500 worth of maintainence and repairs. Once again, I sent her to my own mechanic and this time, no repairs were required whatsoever. My mechanic is not a family member or friend, just a reputable business owner that I trust. So on my last 2 visits to Nissan, I saved a total of $700 by getting a second opinion on vehicle servicing. I understand that a service department has to try to make money. They're not running a non-profit organization, but it should not be at the expense of someone unfamiliar with costs of repairs. I'll never trust a word they say again and if something is actually wrong with my car now, Nissan won't be getting my business.
The service team at this dealership is extremely professional and customer service oriented. Not only were they pleasant to deal with, but they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle in a very short time and made the warrantied repairs the same day.
This is an amazing Nissan showroom and sales personnel are very good and friendly. What I like the most is they don't try to force you to buy, they advise and make you feel comfortable in selecting right vehicle.Unfortunately I could not buy the car here but I have very high regards for them.
I will be going back to this dealer for all my service needs for my vehicle and am so happy that I found this dealer.
This is a dealership that really can't be bothered. We bought 2 cars from them in the last 20 years. When my husbands altima broke down because the transmission was shot. Like so many altimas lately. We had it towed to acme. Quoted us a price of 4200 to repair, when we called a transmission place and got a better deal they were done with us. Had to get somethings out of the car before it was towed ti the other shop, they made us wait 2 hours to have access to our car. Would not spend my money at this location again. Customer service they have no idea what this is.
It does not amaze me how I am done WRONG by PEOPLE, in America. My experience may not be the same as you will have. This was my third visit here. Always giving people companies the benefit of the doubt; yet how I was entreated and insulted by Juan Peterson. I personally would never recommend. Customer Service is not there best strength, nor do they value every customer that walks through the door. To make a long story short. I went in for (1) one particular vehicle; yet Juan Peterson inquired about a Saab. I explicitly made it clear that I came in for one reason, one vehicle. I told him I would leave a down payment. I was discouraged from leaving any down payment and was instructed that I would receive a call the following day. Never received a phone call so of course I followed up with Jaime Rodriquez just to be told he was out. At this point it didn't matter. They failed to take my down payment and just to tell me that the car I came in for was SOLD. Then he tried to sale me a car I dislike and then replied be practical because I didn't like the Rims of the vehicle. I sent LOU NARCISI an email in reference to my concerns by stating '' If I EVER SO HAPPEN TO DARKENED THE DOOR OF THIS PLACE TO PURCHASE OR INQUIRE ABOUT ANY PRODUCT' DO NOT AND I MEAN ASSIGN JUAN PETERSON TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ME. THIS EMPLOYEE HAS NO BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. HE FAILS TO LISTEN
I searched out this dealership after an absolutely horrific experience at another NJ Nissan dealer. I required service to my 2016 Rogue for an unusual problem it was experiencing that the prior dealership could not diagnose and was extremely rude in its customer service.
