I had a Confirmed Reservation with Enterprise in South Brunswick. On the Pick-Up day they called me in the morning to say the car of that class is not available and offered more expensive options. I answered that I would rather go with a cheaper car. Some time later they called me again to offer a car of the same intermediate class that I originally reserved but at much higher price. There are are better car rentals around.
I cannot say enough about the service I received from Na'eem Gibson and the young lady who would pick me up and drop me off (sorry I do not know her name.) As for Na'eem, he is very knowledgeable of his industry, professional, and does everything within his power to ensure that his customers have the best experience. Not only did he provide me with great service but I witnessed the joy of other customers that he worked with. The thing I was most impressed with was his ability to consistently provide high quality customer service in such a fast-paced environment.
The Car was not up to date with latest standards - No Bluetooth, no USB charging slot. I was also charged for unlimited miles option. Have been to many Enterprise locations earlier. This wasn't that great.
I rent from the Dayton location and Its a pleasure working with Chris!!!!! Thanks soooo much Chris. Your truly an asset to the company.
