My last experience was really insulting. Their machine cleaning is only work on 60% of the car. Took their exterior service package which didn't clean my car. They promise "Towel Dry" which 2 guys just standing outside will do in 10-15 seconds (imagine quality of service). When I asked to properly dry out the car from the door panel where lot of water and soap enters while washing through machine, they refuse to do that. I asked them to properly dry from outside and they refuse to do that. They refuse the service which I paid. When I raised my concern to manager (fat guy), He was rude, he shouted and insulted and asked me to leave. I was under the impression that manager will at least care of "Customer Service" but disappointed with overall experience.
Free vacuum if you're getting a car wash. Interior cleaning for reasonable price. Easy accessibility on US 1
cheaper option, drive in kiosks for automated selection of service you need, no need for cash. free vacuums if you get even the basic car wash.
