Great service - sales associate didn't hover over us while we looked around. She was quite knowledgeable on the products and gave us a great deal. We came back a few days later and she honored the discount. Great selection!

Over a weekend, we casually walked into this store out of curiosity. However, when we walked out, we had bought several pieces of furniture and other decorative items. The store has a decent selection of quality furniture and other items very reasonably and competitively priced. The sales person Ujala is very charming, helpful and knowledgeable about not only the furniture, but all other aspects of buying furniture. They offered very competitive financing, warranties and explained them nicely. Apart from the items at display, they have huge selection in catalogs. We also met the owners of the franchise who are willing to help and make a fair deal. Overall a very nice experience. We had to return a few items as they did not fit our room dimensions and décor - which is our fault. But the return process was seamless and easy. Recommend visiting the store before buying anywhere else.
We really liked this place. The furniture was of good quality and they have a great selection. The prices are also very reasonable, given the quality. We have purchased multiple items from here and have enjoyed each piece so far. The sales representatives are also very helpful, cooperative, and knowledgeable.
I've been looking for a deep draw chest for weeks. I noticed the store, walked in, and was greeted by one of the sales representative named Joanna. I explained to her exactly what I needed and within minutes she pointed me in the right direction. My experience at US Brands Monmouth Junction NJ, was one of the easiest, friendliest experience I had ever encountered. I plan on spreading the word and making future purchases with Joanna in the near future. Thanks again J! Job well done.
This was my first visit to u.s. Brand Furniture. the store was very good laid out. a lot of variety of furniture in all price ranges. the salesperson Carol was quite helpful. She was not overly pushy but still have does a lot described all the right. gave us all the right advice and we ended up buying just the coffee table for now because we ran out of time but going to come back here and buy more.
