Vingo does have a good selection of wine, spirits and beer but more and more I'm hearing about extremely poor customer service. Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars at Vingo and two weeks ago I bought a few bottles of sparkling wines there. My wife and I opened one of them - an inexpensive New Zealand bottle - last Friday and it was bad, heavily oxidized and with a very shriveled looking cork. My wife decided to return it but when she couldn't produce a receipt Vingo told her that we didn't buy the bottle from them! While I clearly can't argue this with them (although I know 100% that I bought the bottle there) I can only assume that they don't think my business, and the business of quite a few friends, is worth that $16 to them. I obviously will never go back there.
