This happens to be one of those experiences....There is a lady that works at Extra Space Storage on Rt.1, Monmouth Junction, that makes the storage unit rental experience a pleasure and very easy process.
Absolutely recommend. The facility is always clean, like shockingly clean considering its a storage facility. That includes things like the parking lot, bathrooms, not just my unit. Lynn and Deb have been wonderful. They are both extremely nice and helpful, and can be found easily. I usually run into them when I stop by my unit. Would not store anywhere else, in fact, I had another unit and moved from there to Extra Space in Monmouth Junction because it was just a much nicer facility.
Just want to share my great experience at Extra Space Storage! First and foremost, the first contact with any company normally sets the tone for the entire experience!
The management staff is incredibly helpful. Lynn and Deb have been very kind. I have been renting here for about 2 years and switched units and everything was flawless and they help made the process very simple. I can say I am a repeat customer because everything has been very simple and they have been very helpful. I suggest renting here they have these fabulous extra large push carts that make everyone’s life so much easier when you’re moving!
Walked in, and had a great experience. The team was more than helpful, def recommend using extra storage space, clean environment and quick easy process. Lynn and Deb greeted me and smiled made this stressful time super simple!!! Thank you Lynn and Deb!
I've been renting space from Extra Space Self Storage for over a year (in Monmouth Junction, NJ), and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience at this place. I have to thank Lynn and Debbie for all their help and assistance in helping me manage my account and all the requests I've made. They are friendly, professional, and so responsive!

The facility is very clean and in a great location with late hour access via secured gate. I have never left a review about anything, but when you experience great service you must tell people..... BTW: STAY AWAY FROM PUBLIC STORAGE ACROSS THE HIGHWAY IN MONMOUTH JUNCTION, THERE IS A RATHER SUPER AGGRESSIVE FEMALE, THAT WORKS AND LIVES THERE, YOU'LL SMELL HER AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN! WHEN I WALKED IN SHE WAS BENT OVER WITH A PAIR OF MENS UNDERWARE SHOWING, TYPING ON THE KEYBOARD FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES..TERRIBLE VIEW! SHE WILL AGGRESSIVELY INSIST YOU BUY A LOCK FROM HER AND INSURANCE FOR YOUR UNIT! STAY AWAY! GO ACROSS THE HIGHWAY TO LYNN AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE!
Especially, when your going through a transition! Her name is Lynn. She walked me thru the entire process, from helping me to choose a unit based on the amount of belongings to insurance questions, even to the extent of reminder calls of missed payments to avoid late fees so we don't lose our stuff to auction. If you have any storage needs PLEASE CALL LYNN!!! SHE IS A CLASS ACT!
