My husband recommended Synergex PT since he has also benefitted from going there. I went to Gauri for multiple issues, she was able to isolate the cause and treatment for each one of them. Great attitude, very professional yet warm... did not feel like a case #. I would recommend Synergex to any one who needs Physical Therapy. In fact, i even took my mom to Gauri who worked wonders with getting her mobile and have much better balance. All while working at moms pace and physical limitations.
I was referred to Gauri for physio therapy for a possible tear in my shoulder muscle. I received proper explanation and guidance to help me manage and overcome my problem. The place was always clean and the sessions never felt rushed. Gauri is extremely pleasant, professional and kind. Five stars for personal attention and follow up. I learnt a lot about how to do things differently in my day to day activities and received frequent printouts for the practice exercises and a personal email at the end of my sessions listing the routine I could follow post therapy. Gauri Sabnis is extremely knowledgeable and has a comforting, healing touch. She comes up with just the right level of exercise and gives proper supervision to make certain that it is performed correctly to get the most benefit without injury. Her facility is on ground level, no stairs to climb, and easy to reach from a large, convenient parking lot. Once inside, you will be surprised at the condition and quality of the machines, apparatus, and furnishings. Even the waiting room is a comfortable place, but you will never need to spend much time there as Gauri keeps her schedule while giving ample personal attention to her clients each session. I actually enjoyed my physical therapy sessions and learned a lot! I am so glad that I found this practise and would return in future if I should need care again.
I went to Synergex PT during my pregnancy as well as postpartum. I had backache, which I was able to overcome with the help of exercises and manual traction whenever necessary. I was able to deliver my second kid normally with the help of exercises. Gauri is the best, very compassionate and caring. She gives 100% attention to the patient, always does one on one uninterrupted sessions and gives prints outs of exercises discussed to practice at home. She also discussed how to perform day to day chores without putting a lot of stress on lumbar. The facility is always well maintained very clean. "Thanks a lot to you Gauri". I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.
