While the food is delicious, the incompetent night employees make Wendy's look bad. I work in the area 3 nights a week. Before I was working day shifts and never had an issue with this particular location. This week I had an order which included chicken nuggets (which by far are superior to other food chains). In placing my order they ask if I wanted a specific sauce. I asked for one, but received something totally different. 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW. ARE PEOPLE THIS STUPID? CAN THEY NOT READ AN ORDER SLIP? I cannot 1 star because the food is excellent, but the service is horrible.
Our dude Glenn always makes sure the food is perfect. Always quick and easily the best Wendy's anywhere nearby. Even if they occasionally happen to give me the wrong sauce (which someone else here mentioned but has only happened to me once) it's still a big fat hot juicy Wendy's served fast so there's really nothing to complain about.
The service is fast and the restaurant is very busy for lunch. During one of my recent visits, the cashier shorted me 9$ in change but on a subsequent visit the manager promptly returned the same amount with zero hassle. I would rate this location a 5, but the restroom has been dirty on every visit.
Best fast food place within 20 miles. They actually get the order right every time and the employees don't treat their customers like annoying flies swarming a picnic. The employees have always been great and friendly to me and the other customers I've seen in the restaurant
Beautiful inside and clean. Giselle did a good job taking care of us. And Anthony it's a great leader and great customer service.
