Great room. Fully stocked kitchenette. Excellent price point. Staff not fully knowledgeable. Left a pair of shoes left behind. Waiting "1 to 2 business days" on whether they were found

We stayed in a double room 'loft' with two baths. We felt that some of the furniture has been forced into that area and were more of an inconvenience than anything else. Also the hot water ran out when we used both the bathrooms at the same time. They may need to look into the hot water tank situation for atleast the 'lofts'. Otherwise a pleasent stay thus far..
Overpriced place with so-so maintained rooms. Breakfast bar is simply a tick mark to state they do serve it.
Called Thursday to confirm cribs. They found the reservation and said to call back next day for cribs. So we call back and they now can't find the reservation. Had to call who we booked through and the confirmed they sent the reservation over. Had to resend it. We confirm we need 2 cribs. We show up and NO cribs! Took them an hour and they found 1 pack n play and expected us to fit 2 toddlers in one. Would not help. Called booking place again. Explained the issue. The hotel charged us 26 for the call to fix THEIR mess up. Never got the crib we needed. Called to get the 26 fee taken off. The guy agrees with the nightmare that he will refund. Instead charges us another 26 dollars. This place was hell. Absolute hell. I have never ever had a bad hotel experience until this.
