Very Nice hotel. The environment is also very sirene and neat. Took a King Size room. The room is neat, smells fresh and the linen is clean.
The room was laid out well, comfortable beds, sheets were good quality, soft and firm pillows to choose from and good temp control. The room and hotel have a very modern look. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The indoor pool was really big and had soft, medium sized towels available. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel and was nice.
I gave 4star because of their breakfast. Everything is excellent but their Breakfast is not at par compared to other hotels i have used. Slept in Holiday Express night before and their breakfast is way richer than TownePlace
I recently stayed here for company party. Was very impressed with room set up until my room was not cleaned when we returned from long day in NY. We called front desk to advised and needed towels was told would need to come downstairs to get them. I've never stayed at any hotels especially the Marriot and received poor service like this. Checking in/out was horrible too. Staff really need to get it together.
Great place to stay! ENTIRE staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Room is perfect size with a BIG walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, USB ports in both end tables by bed. Many outlets in room to use also. Couch is very comfortable and large TV on wall swivels for viewing while relaxing in bed. Wendy's is right next door, NJ Turnpike extremely close on Rt. 130 N. Looking forward to next visit to NJ! This is a very clean, modern facility with lots of parking and is very easy to get to. Highly recommend! !!!!!
I came here to after a wedding -- the night went great. The night manager 'Al' worked with me on what to clean up in the conference room for the bride and groom. He was very helpful in letting me know where the garbage should go and what the morning crew will handle. There was a gas fire outside which was great after we all got back. I did not stay in one of the rooms but it felt like a very friendly place and the service was very helpful. Thank you Al -- you deserve the credit for making it such an easy and great full night!!
The manager John is awesome and hotel managers should go learn from him. He moves around almost daily during breakfast, ask if you are enjoying your stay or have any concerns etc. Makes you feel at home.
